technical Details

of Light Steel Materials

All our frames are rolled with BlueScope /Trucore hot-dipped Zinc Coated High Tensile Steel that conforms to AS1397:2011 and AS/NZS 1365:1996 for thickness, width, mechanical properties and coating mass. It comes in 0.55mm, 0.75mm and 0.95mm thickness, using G550, Z150 grade materials. Our frames are 90mm wide rivets assembled, come with pre-punched hole for electrical and plumbing service holes.
